The Entel HX range of walkie-talkie radios have now been discontinued and replaced by the "DX" range of digital (and analogue) walkie-talkies.
The closest model comparisons are:
Entel HX482 > replacement is Entel DX482.
Entel HX483 > replacement is Entel DX485.
The DX radios are digital, but can be programmed to work in analogue mode, so if you have Entel HX walkie-talkies, the DX radios can be set to talk to them.
The DX range use exactly the same batteries and chargers as the HX radios.
The earpiece/microphone connector however, is different.
